Adjust oven rack to top position and heat broiler to high. Place @cream cheese{4%oz} in a #small bowl{} of warm @water{} to soften. Wash and dry all produce.

Trim and quarter @button mushrooms{8%oz} (skip if pre-sliced). Trim and halve @zucchini{8%oz} lengthwise, then cut crosswise into ¼-inch-thick half-moons.

Heat a large drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @button mushrooms{8%oz}; cook, stirring occasionally, ~{4%minutes}.

Add @zucchini{8%oz}, @garlic powder{½%tsp}, a pinch of @salt{}, and @black pepper{}; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender, ~{2%minutes} more.

While vegetables cook, finely chop @chives{2%bunches}. Thinly slice @tomato{1%unit} into rounds; season with @salt{} and @black pepper{}. Quarter @lemon{1%unit}.

In a second #small bowl{}, whisk together softened @cream cheese{4%oz} and half the @chives{2%bunches} until smooth.

Place @flatbreads{2%unit} smooth side up on a lightly oiled, foil-lined #baking sheet{}. Toast on top rack until golden brown, ~{1%minute}.

Once @flatbreads{2%unit} are toasted, remove #baking sheet{} from oven. Carefully flip @flatbreads{2%unit}, then evenly spread with chive cream cheese mixture. Top with cooked vegetables and @tomato{1%unit}; sprinkle with @italian cheese blend{4%oz}.

Return to top rack and broil until edges are browned and cheese melts, ~{2%minutes}. Watch carefully to avoid burning!

Transfer @flatbreads{2%unit} to a cutting board and slice into quarters.

Divide @flatbreads{2%unit} between plates. Garnish with remaining @chives{2%bunches} and a squeeze of @lemon{1%unit} juice. Serve with remaining @lemon{1%unit} wedges on the side.
