Adjust oven rack to the top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry @scallions{4%stalks}.

Open the package of @chopped chicken breast{12%oz} and drain off any excess liquid.

Meanwhile, brush or rub each @flatbreads{2%pieces} with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} and season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Place flatbreads dimpled sides down on a #large baking sheet{}.

While flatbreads toast, heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large skillet{} over medium-high heat. Add @cream sauce base{2%oz} and @roasted onion and garlic spread{2%oz}, and cook, stirring, until the sauce starts to bubble ~{1%minutes}.

Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up and evenly top with the cheese sauce mixture and chicken. Sprinkle evenly with @italian cheese blend{1%cup}.

Transfer flatbreads to a cutting board. Drizzle with @honey{1%tbsp} and sprinkle with scallion greens and @chili flakes{½%tsp} to taste.
