    potatoes: 2 medium, onion: 1 medium, white cheddar cheese: 1 c, broccoli: 1 head, Old Bay Seasoning: 1½ tsp, ketchup: 2 tbsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, ground pork: 1 lb, potato buns: 2 units, Dijon Mustard: 1 tsp, sugar: 1 tsp, cooking oil: 3 tbsp, salt: pinch, black pepper: pinch

    Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.

    Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a drizzle of cooking oil and half the Old Bay Seasoning. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. TIP: No need to season generously—there’s already salt and pepper in the seasoning!

    While potatoes roast, heat a large drizzle of cooking oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and softened ā±ļø 10 minutes .

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl , combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon Mustard, and as much remaining Old Bay Seasoning as you like. Set aside.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in pan used for onion over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, add ground pork. Firmly flatten each ball with a spatula to create very thin patties. (TIP: Do so carefully; oil may splatter a bit.) Cook until browned and cooked through, 4-7 minutes per side. (Don’t worry if the patties aren’t perfectly round—those irregular edges will turn crispy.)

    While patties cook, halve and toast potato buns.
