    Wash and dry all produce. Prepare onion , carrot , and tomato .

    Heat a large drizzle of olive oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add italian chicken sausage mix ; cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through ⏱️ 5 minutes . Transfer to a plate.

    To the same pot over medium-high heat, add another drizzle of olive oil, onion, carrot, and a pinch of salt and black pepper . Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened ⏱️ 3 minutes . Stir in tomato, tomato paste , tuscan heat spice , and half the garlic powder . Cook until fragrant ⏱️ 1 minute . Stir in cannellini beans and their liquid, chicken stock concentrate , and water . Cover pot and bring to a boil, then uncover and stir in cooked sausage. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until soup is slightly thickened ⏱️ 8 minutes .

    While soup simmers, heat broiler to high. In a small bowl , stir remaining garlic powder into butter until combined; season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
