    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. Slice kernels off corn on the cob ; discard cob. Dice roma tomato . Halve ciabatta bread , then halve again diagonally. Zest and halve lemon .

    In a small bowl , combine hot smoked paprika , half garlic powder , and half celery salt . Spread half on a plate; mix in panko breadcrumbs , salt, and pepper. To bowl with remaining spice mix, stir in sour cream , mayonnaise , lemon zest, 2 tsp water, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Place crab cakes on plate with panko. Coat all over, pressing to adhere.

    Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add corn and cook until charred ⏱️ 5 minutes . Cover pan if kernels begin to pop. Turn off heat; transfer corn to large bowl . Wipe out pan. Meanwhile, microwave 2 tbsp remaining butter in a small bowl on high until melted ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir in remaining garlic powder, then brush onto cut sides of ciabatta. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat thin layer of olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add crab cakes and cook until golden brown and crispy ⏱️ 4 minutes per side. Lower heat if crab cakes begin to brown too quickly.

    Toast ciabatta in oven ⏱️ 3 minutes . To bowl with corn, add mixed greens , tomato, drizzle of olive oil, and squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, toss to coat. Divide crab cakes, salad, and garlic bread between plates. Drizzle crab cakes with sauce.
