Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring a #large pot{} of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry produce.

In a #large bowl{}, combine @ground turkey{10%oz}, @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp}, @italian seasoning{1%tsp}, and a big pinch of @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Shape into meatballs and bake on a #baking sheet{} until cooked through ~{12%minutes}.

Once water is boiling, add @penne pasta{8%oz} to #large pot{}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{10%minutes}. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

Meanwhile, toss @tomato{2%unit} in a #small bowl{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}, salt, and black pepper. Set aside until ready to serve.

Once pasta is done, heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @garlic{4%clove}; cook, stirring, until fragrant ~{45%seconds}.
