Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

While potatoes roast, in a #medium bowl{}, combine @radishes{2}, @coleslaw mix{2%cup}, @mayonnaise{1%tbsp}, juice from half the @lime{1}, a pinch of @sugar{1%tsp}, @salt{to%taste}, and @black pepper{to%taste}. Set aside.
