Wash and dry all produce. Halve, peel, and thinly slice half the @red onion{1%unit}. Finely dice the remaining half. Zest and halve the @lemon{1%unit}. Pick @parsley{1%bunch} leaves off stems, chop half, and reserve the rest. Drain and rinse @chickpeas{1%can}. Mince or grate @garlic{2%cloves}. Halve the @cucumber{1%unit}, scrape out seeds, and thinly slice into half moons. Chop @romaine lettuce{1%head} into 1-inch pieces.

In a #small bowl{}, combine the sliced red onion with the juice of one lemon half. Let sit to pickle.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @yogurt{½%cup}, @olive oil{1%tbsp}, the juice of the remaining lemon half, half the chopped parsley, and half the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
