Season @salmon{2%filets} with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #medium pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @falafel{8%pieces} and cook until golden brown and crispy ~{3%minutes} per side. Set aside.
