Adjust oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Place @sweet potato{1%lb} in a #medium pot{} with enough salted water to cover by 2 inches. Bring to a boil and cook until tender when pierced with a fork ~{15%minutes}. Drain well.

While sweet potatoes cook, place @butter{1%tbsp} in a #small bowl{}. Microwave until melted ~{30%seconds}.

Pat @chicken cutlets{2%pieces} dry with paper towels; season all over with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Coat evenly with @panko breadcrumbs{1%cup} and @fry seasoning{1%tsp}.

Place coated chicken on a #baking sheet{}. Drizzle with @cooking oil{1%tbsp} and roast until crispy and cooked through ~{12%minutes}.

Toss trimmed @green beans{1%bunch} with @olive oil{1%tbsp}, salt, and pepper. Roast on a separate sheet ~{10%minutes}.

Mash cooked sweet potatoes with melted butter and @sour cream{2%tbsp} until smooth. Season to taste.

In a small bowl, whisk @maple syrup{3%tbsp} with @chili flakes{1%tsp} to create spicy maple syrup.

Divide sweet potatoes, chicken, and green beans between plates. Drizzle chicken with spicy maple syrup and sprinkle with more chili flakes if desired. Serve.
