Wash and dry all produce.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tsp} in a large pan over medium heat. Add @peach{2%unit}, sliced; cook until lightly browned and fork-tender ~{1%minutes} to ~{2%minutes} per side. Add @water{2%tbsp} and @sugar{1%tsp}; cook, stirring, until liquid has thickened and is syrupy ~{1%minutes} to ~{2%minutes} more.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{} in the same pan over medium-high heat. Add @prosciutto{4%slices} in a single layer; sear until browned and crispy ~{2%minutes} to ~{3%minutes} per side. (If prosciutto starts to crisp too quickly, reduce heat to medium.)

Meanwhile, massage @microwavable grain blend{1%pkg} in package to separate grains. Partially open package; microwave until warmed through ~{1½%minutes} to ~{2%minutes}.

In a small bowl, whisk together @olive oil{1%tbsp}, @dijon mustard{1%tsp}, @garlic{1%clove} (minced), juice of half the @lemon{1%unit}, @peach jam{2%tbsp}, @butter{1%tbsp} (melted), and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%pinch} until smooth.

To a large bowl, add the caramelized peach, dressing, @microwavable grain blend{}, @arugula{1%pkg}, @feta cheese{½%cup}, and half the crispy prosciutto. Toss to combine.

Divide peach and grain salad between bowls. Top with @sliced almonds{2%tbsp} and remaining crispy prosciutto. Serve with remaining @lemon{} wedges on the side.
