    Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Toss fingerling potatoes on one side of a baking sheet with a large drizzle of cooking oil , chopped rosemary , half of fry seasoning , salt , and black pepper . Roast until crispy ⏱️ 10 minutes .
