Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce. Thinly slice @dill pickle{1%unit}(minced) to yield 1 tbsp. Finely grate 1 clove @garlic{2%cloves}. Halve and peel @red onion{1%unit}; thinly slice half and grate the other half to yield 2 tbsp. Slice @tomato{1%unit}(sliced).

Cut @sweet potatoes{1%lb}(wedges) into 3-inch pieces. Toss on a #baking sheet{} with @olive oil{2%tbsp}, 1 tbsp @fry seasoning{1%packet}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Roast in the oven until tender and browned ~{20%minutes}.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @lime{1%unit}(zest), lime juice, @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, minced dill pickle, ½ tsp @sugar{1%tsp}, and @sriracha{1%tbsp}. Stir well, season with @salt{1%tsp}, and set aside.

In a #large bowl{}, mix @ground beef{1%lb}, grated garlic, grated onion, remaining fry seasoning, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a 3-inch patty.

Heat @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large skillet{} over high heat. Cook 4 patties until browned ~{2%minutes} per side, then transfer to a plate. Cook remaining patties ~{2%minutes} until bottom is browned. Flip, top each with @cheddar cheese{4%slices}, and stack cooked patties on top. Cook until bottom patties are done and cheese melts ~{2%minutes}.

Split @brioche buns{2%pack} in half and spread sauce on top halves. Place stacked patties on bottom halves. Top with tomato, sliced onion, and dill pickle. Serve with sweet potato wedges and extra sauce on the side.
