Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @potatoes{2%unit} on one side of a #baking sheet{} with a large drizzle of @olive oil{}, @salt{}, and @black pepper{}.

Place @flour{½%cup} in a #medium bowl{} and season with salt and black pepper.

Roast potatoes ~{10%minutes}. Remove sheet from oven. Carefully toss @green beans{1%bunch} on the opposite side with a drizzle of olive oil, minced @garlic{3%cloves}, salt, and black pepper. Return to oven.

Pat @chicken cutlets{1%lb} dry with paper towels. Cut lengthwise into 1-inch-thick strips. Season all over with salt and black pepper.

In a separate shallow dish, combine @panko breadcrumbs{¾%cup} and @everything bagel seasoning{2%tbsp}. Dip chicken strips in seasoned flour, then into @sour cream{½%cup}, then coat thoroughly in the panko mixture. Heat a ½-inch layer of olive oil in a #large skillet{} over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot enough that a pinch of flour sizzles, add coated chicken in an even layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, ~{3%minutes} to ~{5%minutes} per side. Lower heat if browning too quickly.

Divide chicken tenders, potato wedges, and green beans between plates. Serve with @honey Dijon dressing{3%tbsp} on the side for dipping.
