Preheat oven to 450°F ~{3%minutes}. Bring a #large pot{} of water to a boil and add @salt{1%tsp}. Wash and dry @broccoli{1%head} and @lemon{1%unit}.

Toss broccoli(cut into florets) on a #baking sheet{} with 1 tbsp @olive oil{2%tbsp}, salt, and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Roast until crispy and tender ~{15%minutes}.

Add @linguine pasta{8%oz} to boiling water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{10%minutes}. Reserve ¼ cup pasta cooking water, then drain.

In a #small bowl{}, place @butter{3%tbsp}. Microwave until softened ~{10%seconds}. Add lemon(zested), half the @parmesan cheese{½%cup}(grated), a minced @garlic{4%cloves}, and a pinch of @chili flakes{½%tsp}. Mash with a fork to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.

Rinse @shrimp{8%oz}(peeled and deveined) under cold water, then pat dry. In a #large bowl{}, toss with remaining olive oil, remaining garlic, salt, and black pepper. Heat a #large skillet{} over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through ~{3%minutes} per side. Remove from pan.

Return shrimp to skillet. Add drained linguine pasta, roasted broccoli, @seafood stock concentrate{1%unit}, garlic butter mixture, and reserved pasta water. Toss until thoroughly coated ~{2%minutes}. Squeeze lemon juice over top to taste. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately, topping with remaining parmesan cheese.
