Bring a #large pot{} of salted @water{4%cups} to a boil with @salt{1%tbsp}. Once water is boiling, add @gluten-free fresh linguine pasta{4%oz}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{9-11%minutes}. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

-- Wash and dry all produce.

Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{1.5%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @zucchini{1%unit} and @chili pepper{1%unit}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is lightly browned ~{2-3%minutes}.

Push zucchini mixture to one side of pan. Add remaining @olive oil{1.5%tbsp} to empty side.

Add drained gluten-free fresh linguine pasta, @garlic herb butter{2%tbsp}, half @parmesan cheese{¼%cup}, @shrimp{8%oz}, and ¼ cup reserved pasta water to pan. Season generously with salt and @black pepper{to taste}. Toss until shrimp is pink ~{2%minutes}.

Divide pasta between bowls. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with any remaining chili pepper to taste and serve.
