Wash and dry all produce. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Drain and rinse @artichokes{8%oz}. Halve @mixed olives{½%cup}, artichokes, and @grape tomatoes{1%cup}. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @red onion{1}. Mince @garlic{2%cloves}. Thinly slice @baby gem lettuce{1}. Tear @fresh mozzarella{4%oz} into small pieces.

Lightly oil a #baking sheet{}. Place each @flatbreads{4} onto the sheet. Top with mozzarella, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and @feta cheese{½%cup}. Add as much onion and garlic as you like. Season with @salt{1%pinch} and @pepper{1%pinch}. Bake for ~{8%minutes} until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, in a #medium bowl{}, toss lettuce with a drizzle of @balsamic vinegar{1%tbsp} and @olive oil{2%tbsp}. Season with salt and pepper.

Top flatbread with the salad. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
