@ground beef{8%oz}
@all-purpose flour{1%tbsp}
@sweet soy glaze{2%tbsp}
@crispy fried onions{¼%cup}
@mandarin orange segments{1%cup}
@scallions{2%unit}
@white rice{½%cup}
@pineapple chunks{1%cup}
@celery{1%stalk}
@salt{1%pinch}
@olive oil{1%tbsp}
@butter{2%tbsp}
@black pepper{1%pinch}

Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F.

While rice cooks, drain and rinse @chickpeas{15%oz}. Toss on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Roast on top rack until browned and crispy ~{20%minutes}.
