1Preheat oven to 475°F. Wash and dry all produce. -
2Halve, peel, and thinly slice shallot . Roughly chop smoked deli ham . Drain and roughly chop pineapple . Grate parmesan cheese block over a small bowl .shallot: 1 unit, smoked deli ham: 1 c, pineapple: 2 c, parmesan cheese block: 1 oz -
3Once pizza dough has rested ⏱️ 20 minutes , line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully press and stretch each dough ball into a rough oval shape and place on the prepared sheet.pizza dough: 2 balls -
4Once dough has rested ⏱️ 15 minutes , using oiled hands, press and stretch dough on baking sheet into larger oval shapes, about 10 inches long and 5-6 inches wide. -
5Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough. Top with mozzarella cheese , grated parmesan cheese, pineapple, ham, and shallot. Brush dough edges with olive oil and sprinkle with salt , black pepper , and garlic powder .
