Wash and dry all produce. Cut @broccoli{1%bunch} into bite-size pieces if necessary. In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @soy sauce{2%tbsp}, @hoisin sauce{2%tbsp}, @ponzu sauce{2%tbsp}, half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}, and @sugar{2%tsp} until well combined; set aside.

In a #small pot{}, combine @white rice{1%cup}, @water{1¼%cups}, and a pinch of @salt{1%pinch}. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender ~{15%minutes}. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve. If using @microwavable rice{1%pouch} instead, prepare according to package directions.

While rice cooks, pat @pork chops{2%pieces} dry with paper towels and thinly slice crosswise. Heat @oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring often, until browned and tender ~{5%minutes}. Lower heat to medium if broccoli begins to brown too quickly. Stir in pork slices and a pinch of @black pepper{1%pinch}. Cook, stirring often, until cooked through ~{4%minutes}. Add the sauce mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened ~{2%minutes}. Remove from heat.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide between bowls; top with pork and broccoli stir-fry. Serve immediately.
