Wash and dry produce. Trim @green beans{8%oz} and cut @broccoli{1%cup} into bite-size pieces if necessary. In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @soy sauce{2%tbsp}, @hoisin sauce{2%tbsp}, @ponzu sauce{1%tbsp}, half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}, and @sugar{2%tsp} until combined; set aside.

In a #small pot{}, combine @white rice{1%cup}, @water{1 1⁄4%cup}, and a pinch of @salt{1%pinch}. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender ~{15%minutes} to ~{20%minutes}. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

While rice cooks, pat @pork chops{12%oz} dry with paper towels and thinly slice crosswise. Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring often, until browned and tender ~{4%minutes} to ~{7%minutes}. TIP: Lower heat to medium if broccoli begins to brown too quickly! Stir in pork and a pinch of salt and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Cook, stirring often, until cooked through ~{3%minutes} to ~{5%minutes}. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened ~{1%minute} to ~{2%minutes}. Remove from heat.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide rice between bowls and top with the pork and broccoli stir-fry. Serve immediately.
