Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry produce.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @onion{1%unit}(sliced), @long green pepper{1%unit}(sliced), and @garlic powder{½%tsp}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned ~{5%minutes}. Season with @salt{½%tsp} and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Remove from heat.

While veggies cook, place @flatbreads{2%pieces}, dimpled sides down, on a #baking sheet{}. Rub tops with @olive oil{1%tbsp}; season with salt and pepper. Line the baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Bake until lightly toasted ~{3%minutes}.

Open package of @chopped chicken breast{2%pieces} and drain off any excess liquid. Toss with @italian seasoning{1%tsp}, salt, and pepper. Cook in the same pan until heated through ~{2%minutes}.

While chicken cooks, in a #small bowl{}, combine @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, and remaining garlic powder. Add @water{1%tbsp} 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up. Evenly divide @mozzarella cheese{1%cups}(shredded) between flatbreads and top with chicken and veggies. Bake until cheese is melted ~{2%minutes}.

Transfer flatbreads to a cutting board and drizzle with as much creamy garlic sauce as you like.
