    feta cheese: 3 oz, potatoes: 12 oz, ground beef: 1 lb, yogurt: ΒΌ cup, garlic: 3 cloves, brioche buns: 2 unit, tomato: 1 unit, panko breadcrumbs: ΒΌ cup, parsley: Β½ cup, salt: Β½ tsp, pepper: ΒΌ tsp, olive oil: 2 tbsp

    Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425Β°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Meanwhile, finely chop parsley. Peel and mince or grate garlic. Thinly slice tomato into rounds; season with salt and pepper.

    Reserve Β½ tsp parsley in a small bowl. In a large bowl, gently combine beef, panko, half the garlic, remaining parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into two patties, each slightly wider than a burger bun.

    While burgers cook, in a second small bowl, combine yogurt with remaining garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

    Once burgers are almost done, halve and toast buns until golden brown. Spread cut sides of top buns with garlic yogurt.
