Bring a #large pot{} of water to a boil. Add @salt{1%tsp} and stir. Wash and dry all produce.

Once water is boiling, add @linguine pasta{8%oz} to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{9%minutes}.

Heat a #large pan{} with @olive oil{2%tbsp} over medium-high heat. Add @brussels sprouts{8%oz} and @italian chicken sausage mix{2%pieces} to pan. Season with @black pepper{1%tsp}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bright green and slightly softened ~{5%minutes}.

Once linguine pasta is drained, reserving @water{1%cup} of pasta cooking water, heat pot over medium heat. Add @cheese roux concentrate{1%unit} and reserved water; whisk to combine. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened ~{2%minutes}.

Add drained linguine pasta, brussels sprouts, @garlic herb butter{2%tbsp}, @parmesan cheese{½%cup}, @scallions{2%pieces} greens, half @lemon{1%unit} zest, and a big squeeze of lemon juice to pot with sauce. Cook, tossing, until butter has melted and pasta is coated in a creamy sauce ~{1%minute}. If needed, stir in more reserved pasta cooking water a splash at a time.

Divide pasta between bowls. Top with @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp} and remaining lemon zest to taste. Sprinkle with @chili flakes{1%tsp} if desired. Serve with any remaining lemon wedges on the side.
