Place @sous vide chopped chicken{1%unit} in a #small pot{}. Using two forks (or your hands!), shred into smaller pieces.

Add @bbq sauce{2%tbsp} and @southwest spice blend{1%unit} to the pot. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly coated and heated through ~{3%minutes}. Season with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}.

In a #large bowl{}, combine @smoky ranch salad kit{1%unit} and @white wine vinegar{1%tsp}. Toss until evenly dressed. Meanwhile, toast @brioche buns{2%unit} in a #skillet{} or toaster until golden ~{1%minute}.

Add @gouda cheese{1%unit} to the bottom buns and top with as much bbq chicken as you like. Top with as much @sliced dill pickle{1%unit} as you like. Serve immediately with ranch salad and @potato chips{1%unit} on the side.
