Heat @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Pan-fry quesadillas until golden and crisp ~{2%minutes} per side. While quesadillas cook, wash and dry all produce.

Gently massage @somos mexican brown rice{2%packages} in package to separate grains. Partially open package to vent. Microwave until hot ~{1.5%minutes}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @buttermilk ranch dressing{2%tbsp} and @sour cream{2%tbsp}. Add @red cabbage and carrot mix{1%cup} and juice from half the @lime{1%unit}. Season with @salt{1%tsp}, @black pepper{1%tsp}, and @hot sauce{1%tsp} to taste. Toss to coat.
