Wash and dry all produce. Drain and rinse @chopped chicken breast{12%oz} if needed. Break apart @udon noodles{8%oz} if clumped.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}, and cook until golden and cooked through ~{5%minutes}.

Add udon noodles and @stir-fry sauce{2%tbsp} to the pan. Toss to coat and warm through ~{2%minutes}.

Add @spinach{3%cups} to pan. Cook, stirring, until beginning to wilt, ~{60%seconds}. -- TIP: If necessary, add spinach in batches.

Crush @peanuts{2%tbsp} in their bag.

Divide chicken and noodles between bowls. Top with spinach, crushed peanuts, and @sesame ginger crunch{1%tbsp}. Serve immediately.
