Wash and dry all produce.

Pat @tilapia{2%pieces} dry with paper towels; season all over with @mexican spice blend{½%tsp}, @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Sprinkle both sides with @flour{¼%cup}; press to adhere. Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Cook fish until golden and cooked through ~{4%minutes} per side.

While fish cooks, in a #large bowl{}, combine @shredded red cabbage{1%cup}, @coleslaw mix{1%cup}, @radishes{4%pieces} (thinly sliced), @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, a squeeze of @lime{1%unit} juice, @salt{¼%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Taste and season with additional salt, pepper, and lime juice if desired.

Divide slaw between plates. Top with tilapia. Drizzle fish with @smoky red pepper crema{1%tbsp} and dollop with @guacamole{¼%cup}. Garnish with @tomato-cilantro salsa{2%tbsp} (prepared with diced @tomato{1%unit} and chopped @cilantro{2%tbsp}) and serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
