Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat an 8-by-8-inch #baking dish{} with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Wash and dry produce. Halve, peel, and finely dice @onion{1%unit}. Roughly chop @cilantro{1%unit}. Quarter @lime{1%unit}.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over high heat. Add @ground pork{16%oz}, onion, and half @tex-mex paste{1%unit}. Season with @fajita spice blend{1%unit}, @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until onion is tender and pork is cooked through ~{7%minutes}. Remove from heat and carefully blot any excess grease with paper towels.

In the prepared baking dish, layer half the pork mixture (using a slotted spoon), half @refried black beans{1%unit}, half @pico de gallo{6%oz} (draining first), and half @mexican cheese blend{8%oz}. Repeat with remaining pork mixture, remaining refried beans, remaining pico de gallo, and remaining cheese. Bake on the middle rack until cheese melts ~{9%minutes}.

Garnish casserole with cilantro. Serve family style with @guacamole{4%oz}, @sour cream{½%cup}, lime wedges, and @blue corn tortilla chips{4%oz} on the side.
