@dried cranberries{2%tbsp}
@walnuts{2%tbsp}
@honey Dijon dressing{2%tbsp}
@white wine vinegar{1%tbsp}

Pat @salmon{2%fillets} dry with a paper towel. Season all over with @salt{1%tsp} and @pepper{1%tsp}.

Heat a #large pan{} over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Place salmon skin-side down and cook ~{4%minutes} until crispy. Flip and cook ~{2%minutes} more. Remove from pan and set aside.

While salmon cooks, massage @microwavable grain blend{1%packet} in its packaging to separate grains. Partially open package and microwave ~{2%minutes} until warmed through.

In a #large bowl{}, combine the warmed grains, @spinach{5%oz}, @roasted onion & garlic spread{1%tbsp}, and @white wine vinegar{1%tbsp}. Toss until spinach has slightly wilted and everything is evenly coated.

Divide the grain mixture between shallow bowls. Top with @dried cranberries{2%tbsp} and @walnuts{2%tbsp}. Place salmon on top, drizzle with @honey Dijon dressing{2%tbsp}, and serve.
