Wash and dry all produce. Dice @tomato{1%unit} into ½-inch pieces. Trim and roughly chop @scallions{3%unit}. Quarter @lime{1%unit}.

In a #small bowl{}, combine the diced tomato, chopped scallions, and a big squeeze of lime juice. Season with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Set aside.
