    In a large bowl , combine mayonnaise , dijon mustard , sour cream , half the white wine vinegar , and 1½ tsp sugar . Season with a big pinch of salt and black pepper . Add shredded red cabbage to the bowl; toss to coat.

    In a small bowl , combine bbq sauce , ketchup , chicken stock concentrate , ancho chili powder , half the cornstarch , and 1 tbsp water.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey , ¼ tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook, breaking meat into pieces, until lightly browned ⏱️ 3 minutes . Pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and turkey is cooked through ⏱️ 2 minutes . Turn off heat. Season with salt to taste.
