Wash and dry all produce.

Zest and halve @orange{1%unit}; squeeze juice into a #small bowl{} until you have ¼ cup, discarding any seeds. Cut remaining orange into 8 wedges.

Roughly chop @pistachios{1%oz}.

In a #small pot{}, combine @rolled oats{1%cup}, @dried cranberries{¼%cup}, orange zest, orange juice, half the @cherry jam{2%tbsp}, 1½ cups @water{1½%cups}, 2 tbsp @sugar{2%tbsp}, and a pinch of @salt{1%pinch}. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and mixture is creamy ~{3%minutes}.

Remove from heat; stir in half the @crème fraîche{2%tbsp} and 1 tbsp @butter{1%tbsp}. The oats will thicken as they sit.

While oatmeal cooks, in a second #small bowl{}, combine remaining crème fraîche and remaining jam. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

Divide oatmeal between bowls. Sprinkle with pistachios and @semisweet chocolate chips{2%tbsp}. Spoon cherry drizzle over top. Serve with orange wedges on the side.
