2Place flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Fill one half of each tortilla with as much refried black beans as you like (if desired, microwave any remaining beans and serve on the side); top with pepper jack cheese. Fold tortillas in half and gently press down to create quesadillas. -
3While quesadillas cook, wash and dry produce. -
4Gently massage somos mexican brown rice in package to separate grains. Partially open package to vent. Microwave ⏱️ 1½ minutes (for 4 servings, microwave both packages of rice together for 2-3 minutes). TIP: Microwave times may vary. Be careful when handling and opening the package! -
5Cut quesadillas into pieces.
