Preheat oven to 450°F. If prepping ahead, remove @pizza dough{1%unit} from fridge to reach room temperature.

Stretch dough into a rough ¼-inch thick rectangle. Place on a lightly oiled #baking sheet{} and prick all over with a fork. Bake ~{10%minutes} until edges begin to brown.

Meanwhile, halve, pit, and slice @peach{2%pieces} into wedges. Roughly chop @walnuts{¼%cup}.

When dough is lightly golden, tear @fresh mozzarella{6%oz} into small pieces and sprinkle over dough. Top with peach wedges. Return to oven ~{6%minutes} until cheese melts.

In a #medium bowl{}, toss @arugula{1%cups} with @balsamic vinegar{1%tbsp} and a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}. Season to taste with @salt{to taste} and @pepper{to taste}.

Top flatbread with arugula salad and walnuts. Cut into squares and serve.
