Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. Trim and halve @zucchini{1%unit} lengthwise, then slice crosswise into 0.25-inch thick half moons. Remove @italian pork sausage mix{1%unit} from casing if necessary and discard casing. Place sausage in the @oven-ready tray{1%unit} and break into bite-size pieces using two forks.

Add zucchini, @israeli couscous{1%cup}, @crushed tomatoes{1%can}, @italian herb paste{1%unit}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit}, @water{0.25%cup}, @cream cheese{1%unit}, half the @tuscan heat spice{1%unit}, and a pinch of @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch} to the tray. Stir to combine (it is fine if lumps of cream cheese remain). Top evenly with @spinach{1%bunch}, pressing down so no leaves hang over the edges. Cover tightly with @aluminum foil{1%unit} and bake on the middle rack ~{25%minutes}.

Carefully remove foil (watch for steam) and stir until cream cheese is smooth and spinach is incorporated. Sprinkle with @parmesan cheese{1%cup}, return to oven, and bake uncovered until sausage is fully cooked and cheese melts, ~{10-12%minutes}.

Divide the pearl pasta sausage bake between shallow bowls and serve immediately.
