Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce. Trim and discard the bottom inch of @baby broccoli{1%cup}, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Halve @zucchini{1%medium} lengthwise and slice into thin half-moons. Mince @garlic{1%clove}.

Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over high heat. Add zucchini and baby broccoli. Cook until crisp-tender and starting to brown ~{5-7%minutes}. Season with @salt{1%tsp} and @pepper{1%tsp}. Add garlic and cook until fragrant ~{30%seconds}.

Thinly slice or tear @fresh mozzarella{4%oz} into small pieces. Finely chop @sun-dried tomatoes{¼%cup}.

Lightly oil a #baking sheet{} and place @flatbreads{2%pieces} on top. Spread each flatbread with @pesto{2%tbsp}. Top with mozzarella, baby broccoli, zucchini, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Bake flatbread until cheese is melted and starting to brown ~{5-7%minutes}.

Remove flatbread from oven and cut into slices.
