Wash and dry all produce.

In a #medium bowl{}, gently combine @ground pork{10%oz}, @garlic powder{½%tsp}, @sugar{2%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Form into 2 even patties.

Meanwhile, halve @brioche buns{2%pieces} and toast until golden.

In a #small bowl{}, whisk @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @gochujang sauce{2%tbsp}, and @sesame dressing{1%tbsp} until smooth to create the aioli.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add pork patties and cook until deeply browned and cooked through ~{8%minutes}.

In a #large bowl{}, toss @mixed greens{2%cups} with remaining @sesame dressing{1%tbsp} until lightly coated.

Spread cut sides of buns with gochujang aioli. Fill with cooked patties and top with @crispy fried onions{1%oz}. Serve with dressed greens on the side.
