Place @oven-ready tray{} on top rack and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce.

Pat @salmon{2%fillets} dry with paper towels; season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Drizzle skin sides with @cooking oil{1%tbsp} and rub to coat.

Meanwhile, wash and dry bowl used for @panko breadcrumbs{½%cup}. Combine @smoky mustard{2%tbsp} and @mayonnaise{2%tbsp} in same bowl; stir in water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

When salmon has ~{5%minutes} remaining, halve and toast @ciabatta{2%rolls}. Spread with half the @garlic herb butter{2%tbsp}.

Once @green beans{8%oz} are done, carefully toss with remaining garlic herb butter.

Divide salmon, green beans, and ciabatta between plates. Drizzle smoky mustard sauce over salmon and serve.
