Wash and dry all produce.

Slice @tomato{1%unit} into ¼-inch-thick rounds and season with salt and pepper. Slice @fresh mozzarella{6%oz} into ¼-inch-thick rounds.

Halve @ciabatta bread{2%rolls}. Drizzle cut sides with @olive oil{1%tsp} and season with salt and pepper. Toast until golden, if desired.

Spread @mayonnaise{1%tbsp} onto cut sides of ciabatta. Layer bottom halves with seasoned tomato, @prosciutto{4%slices}, and mozzarella. Drizzle mozzarella with @balsamic glaze{1%tbsp}. Close sandwiches.

Halve sandwiches on a diagonal, divide between plates, and serve.
