Adjust rack to top position and heat broiler to high. Wash and dry produce.

Place @flatbreads{2%unit} dimpled sides down on a #baking sheet{}. [- Line sheet with foil first for easy cleanup -] Rub tops with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}; season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Toast on top rack until golden brown and crisp ~{3-5%minutes}.

Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up; evenly spread with @ricotta cheese{½%cup}. Divide @prosciutto{2%oz} between flatbreads.

Slice flatbreads into pieces. Arrange @arugula{2%cups} on a plate, drizzle with @lemon{1%unit} juice, and top flatbreads with arugula, @peach jam{2%tbsp}, and @chili flakes{1%tsp}.
