Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Bring a #large pot{} of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. Halve, peel, and finely dice @onion{1%medium}. Peel and mince or grate @garlic{2%cloves}. Roughly chop @parsley{2%tbsp}.

Toss @grape tomatoes{1%cup}, diced onion, garlic, and @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp} on a #baking sheet{} with a large drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp}, @dried oregano{½%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Roast on top rack until tomatoes burst ~{12%minutes}.

Once water is boiling, add @orecchiette pasta{8%oz} to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{9%minutes}. Drain. Return drained orecchiette to pot. Drizzle with @olive oil{3%tbsp}. Add roasted tomato mixture to pot with pasta; stir to combine, adding more olive oil a drizzle at a time if needed, until everything is coated in a glossy sauce. Stir pasta vigorously to prevent it from sticking together. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Divide pasta between shallow bowls. Garnish with @parmesan cheese{½%cup} and parsley. Serve.
