Wash and dry all produce. Trim @asparagus{1%bunch}. Halve @grape tomatoes{1%cup}. Trim @scallions{3%stalks}, separating whites and greens.

Pat @organic chicken cutlets{10%oz} dry with paper towels. Season all over with half the @savory paprika blend{2%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

While chicken cooks, heat a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #small pot{} over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites, tomatoes, and reserved Savory Paprika Blend; cook, stirring, until fragrant ~{30%seconds}.

Stir @pearl couscous{1%cup}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit}, and water into pot. Simmer until tender. Stir remaining @romesco sauce{3%tbsp} into pot. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Top with toasted @sliced almonds{2%tbsp} and scallion greens. Saute asparagus with @cooking oil{1%tbsp} and serve alongside.
