Wash and dry all produce. Bring a #large pot{} of salted water to a boil. Trim and discard the bottom inch from the @baby broccoli{8%oz}, then cut into 1-inch pieces. Remove the @sweet italian pork sausage{10%oz} from the casings.

Add the @orecchiette pasta{8%oz} to the boiling water and cook ~{9%minutes} until al dente. Drain using a #strainer{}, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add the baby broccoli and cook, tossing ~{5%minutes} until tender. Season with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat another drizzle of olive oil in the same pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking up the meat into pieces ~{4%minutes} until browned and cooked through. Add a pinch of @chili flakes{1%pinch} to the pan and cook ~{30%seconds} more.

Add the pasta, baby broccoli, @parmesan cheese{2%tbsp}, reserved pasta water, and ¼ cup @pesto{4%oz} to the pan and toss to combine. Cook, tossing ~{1%minutes} until a sauce has formed. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
