@carrot{2%pieces}(trimmed, peeled, and thinly sliced on diagonal) Roughly chop @peanuts{½%cup}. Halve, core, and thinly slice @bell pepper{1%piece} into strips. Trim and remove strings from @sugar snap peas{2%cups}. Peel and mince or grate @fresh ginger{1%piece} and @garlic{2%cloves}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @sesame dressing{2%tbsp}, @sweet thai chili sauce{2%tbsp}, and set aside half of the mixture for later.

Heat a #large nonstick pan{} over medium-high heat. Add peanuts, @sugar{1%tsp}, and @water{2%tbsp}. Cook, stirring often, until water has evaporated and peanuts are coated and lightly toasted ~{4%minutes}. Turn off heat; transfer to a #small bowl{}. Wipe out pan.

Pat @pork chops{2%pieces} dry with paper towels. Season lightly with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in pan over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook until browned and cooked through ~{5%minutes} per side. Transfer to a cutting board to rest for at least ~{5%minutes}.

Heat a drizzle of oil in pan over medium-high heat; add carrot and bell pepper. Cook until softened ~{5%minutes}. Add snap peas, ginger, and garlic. Cook until lightly browned and tender ~{3%minutes} more. Stir in remaining dressing mixture and @butter{1%tbsp} until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat.

Thinly slice pork crosswise. Divide stir-fry and pork between plates. Top pork with sesame chili sauce. Garnish with candied peanuts and serve.
