@garlic-ginger scallion paste{2%tsp}

@crispy fried onions{2%tbsp}
@peanuts{2%tbsp}

@olive oil{3%tbsp}
@cooking oil{1%tsp}
@black pepper{1%tsp}

Wash and dry all produce.

Pat ranch steak dry with paper towels and thinly slice crosswise. Transfer to a #medium bowl{} and season with sesame ginger crunch, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

Meanwhile, in a #small bowl{}, whisk together rice wine vinegar, remaining sweet thai chili sauce, 2 TBSP olive oil, and juice from one lime wedge.

In a #large bowl{}, toss mixed greens, mini cucumber(thinly sliced), and grape tomatoes with as much dressing as you like. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
