Wash and dry all produce.

Trim and thinly slice half @cucumber{1%unit} into rounds. Halve @tomato{1%unit} lengthwise; thinly slice into half-moons. Halve @lemon{1%unit}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine sliced cucumber, tomato, half @dried oregano{½%tsp}, juice from whole lemon, and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp}. Set aside.

Pat @fully cooked beef meatballs{12%oz} dry with paper towels; cut into quarters. Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add meatballs, @shawarma spice blend{2%tsp}, and @water{¼%cup}; cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has reduced and meatballs are browned and warmed through ~{3%minutes}. Season with salt. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @feta cheese{¼%cup}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, 1 tbsp water, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and @pepper{1%tsp} to taste.

Fill pitas with cucumber salad, meatballs, and as much feta sauce as you like. Divide between plates and serve.
