Wash and dry all produce.

While @farro{1%cup} cooks, halve, peel, and thinly slice @shallot{1%unit}. Halve @tomato{2%unit} lengthwise; cut crosswise into ¼-inch-thick half-moons. Halve, core, and thinly slice @green bell pepper{1%unit} into strips. Roughly chop @dill{2%tbsp}.

In a #small bowl{}, combine shallot, @white wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, 1 TBSP water, ½ tsp @sugar{1%tsp}, and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp}; cover with plastic wrap and microwave for ~{30%seconds}. Stir and set aside to pickle.

In a second #small bowl{}, combine @yogurt{¼%cup}, half the @chimichurri{2%tbsp}, and half the @cumin{1%tsp}.

Open package of @chicken breast{12%oz} and drain off any excess liquid. Season with @shawarma spice blend{1%tbsp} and @za'atar spice{1%tsp}.

Once farro is done, transfer to a #large bowl{} and combine with half the dill, a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, salt, and @black pepper{1%tsp}.
