Adjust oven racks to the middle and top positions and preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Cut @broccoli{1%head} into bite-size pieces if necessary. Pick and roughly chop @dill{2%tbsp} fronds. Zest and quarter @lemon{2%lemons}.

Toss broccoli on one side of a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Spread @fingerling potatoes{1%lb} and @green beans{1%lb} on the remaining space. Place @steelhead trout{2%fillets} on top, season with salt and pepper, and dot with @butter{2%tbsp}. Roast in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily and vegetables are tender ~{15%minutes}.

Divide trout, potatoes, and broccoli between plates. Serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.
