  • italian seasoning
    1 tbsp
  • mayonnaise
    2 tbsp

    Adjust rack to the top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet . Pat chicken cutlets dry with paper towels and season all over with italian seasoning , salt, and pepper. Place seasoned chicken on the baking sheet at least three inches apart.

    Roast on the top rack until chicken is golden brown and cooked through ⏱️ 20 minutes . (TIP: If using an air fryer, preheat to 400°F. Season chicken as instructed, then coat with nonstick cooking spray. Air-fry until browned and cooked through ⏱️ 15 minutes .)

    While chicken cooks, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chimichurri until thoroughly combined. Once chicken is done, top with chimichurri mayo and serve, or stash separately and top chicken with chimichurri mayo just before serving.
